Centellian24 puts PDRN, TECA and a “3D retinol complex” on the tube and ninety lines in the formula, eleven of them fragrance. It is also sitting exactly on its all-time high of $28.00, fifty percent above the floor it set two months ago.

01Product information
A cream in a 30 ml tube, not a jar and not a stick. The listing calls the texture elastic and web-like, and the first image shows a ribbon of cream that holds its shape when piped - a body that comes from fatty alcohols and esters rather than a gel. The tube is 6.22 inches tall and flagged as travel size. Around the eyes, mouth and smile lines at twice daily, 30 ml is roughly two to three months.
The pitch is TECA plus PDRN plus a multi-layer retinol complex, from Dongkook Pharmaceutical, a Korean company founded in 1968. PDRN is in the list as Sodium DNA at position 31. The retinol complex resolves into four separate retinoids at positions 45, 57, 77 and 78. The page names three actives; the formula carries ninety ingredients, and the marketing names neither the eleven fragrance lines nor the two flagged pore-cloggers among them.

Thirteen specification fields, and one of them is wrong in a way worth knowing: Item Volume says 1.69 fluid ounces while Unit Count says 1 Fluid Ounce, and the tube itself is printed 30 ml, which is 1.01 fluid ounces. Two of the three figures agree with the packaging and the 1.69 is the outlier, so no per-ounce price is computed in this report. Manufacturer is Dongkook Pharmaceutical; the model number SKU122 matches the tracker.

What the brand panels show
Two seals, no protocol
The second image carries a DERMATEST ORIGINAL EXCELLENT 2025 seal and a SKIN IRRITATION TESTED seal. Neither is accompanied by a subject count, a duration or a result - so the seals establish that testing happened, not what it found. That matters here because skin irritation is one of the review themes.
Four body sites, one product
The third image runs before-and-after pairs for eye area, nasolabial folds, forehead and neck under the line “beyond the eyes, care for every line”. Four sites from one 30 ml tube is a positioning decision: the product is being sold as a face-and-neck cream that happens to start at the eye.
The naming does not match the list
The tube prints TECA / PDRN(Sodium DNA) / RETINOL in that order. In the INCI order the three land at 31, 36 and 57 of 90 - so the three named actives sit in the second half of the formula, behind every gum, wax, ester and fatty alcohol that gives the cream its body.
No A+ body text
The A+ block renders as module headers only. Nothing in this report is sourced from it.
02Product rating and buyer voice
4.4
out of five · 1,718 ratings
A 4.4 across 1,718 ratings, with 74 percent five-star, is a strong record on a base large enough to trust. The tail is the interesting part: 6 percent one-star sits level with 6 percent three-star, so roughly a hundred buyers each landed at the bottom and in the middle. On this many ratings that is a pattern, not noise.
The theme counts explain where it comes from. Texture is the strongest theme at 83 percent positive across 36 mentions and skin appearance at 82 percent across 22 - people like how it feels and how it looks immediately. Moisturising, mentioned 136 times, is only 58 percent positive, effectiveness 62 percent, and skin irritation sits at 48 percent across 23 mentions. The product is loved on contact and argued about on results.
Star distribution
| Stars | Share | Approx. ratings | Cumulative |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 74% | ~1,271 | 74% |
| 4 star | 11% | ~189 | 85% |
| 3 star | 6% | ~103 | 91% |
| 2 star | 3% | ~52 | 94% |
| 1 star | 6% | ~103 | 100% |
Shares are whole-number percentages printed by the listing. Approximate rating counts are computed from those shares against 1,718 and will not sum exactly. On a base this large, each percentage point is about seventeen ratings, so the 3 and 6 percent buckets are stable rather than incidental.
What buyers talk about
| Theme | Mentions | Positive | Negative | Positive share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| moisturizing | 136 | 79 | 57 | 58% |
| texture | 36 | 30 | 6 | 83% |
| purchase experience | 32 | 16 | 16 | 50% |
| non-greasy | 29 | 15 | 14 | 52% |
| fragrance | 27 | 15 | 12 | 56% |
| effectiveness | 24 | 15 | 9 | 62% |
| skin irritation | 23 | 11 | 12 | 48% |
| skin appearance | 22 | 18 | 4 | 82% |
A theme at 58 percent positive across 136 mentions is split, not negative - but it is the single largest theme on the page, and it is the one the product exists to win. Skin irritation at 48 percent is the only theme that leans negative, and it lines up with the eleven fragrance-related ingredients in the list.
In the platform’s own summary
“Customers love the eye cream's texture, describing it as very creamy and luxurious, while also appreciating its beautiful glass skin glow. However, the moisturizing and effectiveness aspects receive mixed feedback - while some say it's doing a good job, others report no dramatic results. Moreover, customers disagree on whether it's worth the price, and while some find it perfect for sensitive skin, others report skin irritation. The fragrance and non-greasy aspects also receive mixed reviews.”
What is missing from this section
Zero review bodies and zero buyer photos render for this ASIN. The distribution and the eight aspect counts are the whole buyer voice available, so no individual complaint about irritation can be quoted, dated or checked. The counts are the platform's model output and are reported as such.
03Product ingredients
Ninety ingredients is the longest formula in this batch by a factor of three, and it is built in layers. Positions 1 to 13 are the carrier: water, glycerin, glycols, three emollient esters and two fatty alcohols. Positions 14 to 30 are the emulsion machinery. Positions 31 to 45 are where the named actives begin to appear - Sodium DNA at 31, centella at 36, vitamin C at 43, the first retinoid at 45. Positions 46 to 80 are the botanical and ceramide block: sixteen plant extracts, five ceramides, cholesterol, phytosterols, propolis, caviar and pearl. Positions 81 to 90 are ten fragrance materials.
That structure is the story. The three actives on the tube are all in the middle third, the barrier and botanical block is the largest single section, and the last ten lines exist to make it smell like something. A ninety-ingredient eye cream is not automatically worse than a fifteen-ingredient one - but the buyer is paying for a great deal of formula that has nothing to do with the claim on the box.
Coverage
All ninety rows were captured with function labels. Seventeen carry a comedogenic score and seventeen an irritancy score, which leaves seventy-three rows unrated - more than four-fifths of the formula. The level charts below therefore describe a small, solvent-and-emollient-shaped subset, and the fragrance block, the botanical block and all four retinoids are in the unrated majority. This is a coverage limitation of the aggregator, not of the capture.
Claim matrix
Five of twelve badges hold and seven fail. The failures are not marginal: the formula is not fragrance-free (nine fragrance ingredients plus Parfum), not EU-allergen-free (ten declarable allergens, all of them fragrance materials), not oil-free (jojoba plus two citrus peel oils), not silicone-free (vinyldimethicone), not fungal-acne-safe (seventeen flags), not pore-clogger-free (two flags) and not vegan. For an eye cream marketed on a wound-healing pharmaceutical heritage, the fragrance load is the headline.
Comedogenic levels, counted
Seventeen rows carry a comedogenic score and they spread across the whole scale: five at level 0, four at level 1, four at level 2, three at level 3 and one at level 4+. That is a very different picture from a short, clean formula - it is a formula with real clogging potential in it, concentrated in the emollient and ester block. Ethylhexyl Palmitate at 2-4 is the worst single row and one of the two ingredients behind the failed pore-clogger badge; Stearic Acid and Retinyl Palmitate are the other level-3 and level-4 readings, and both are ranges scored at their upper bound.
Irritancy levels, counted
Irritancy looks milder: eleven rows at level 0, two at level 1, two at level 2 and two at level 3, out of seventeen scored. But the scored set is dominated by the carrier - water, glycerin, glycols, cholesterol, polysorbate - and the two level-3 rows are Tocopherol and Retinyl Palmitate ranges. None of the eleven fragrance materials carries a score at all, which is precisely where a buyer with reactive skin would want one. The absence of a flag on Parfum is a gap in the data, not a clearance.
What each ingredient is doing here
Sorted by job, the botanical block is the largest at fifteen, fragrance second at eleven, emulsifiers third at ten, then emollients and ceramides at seven each. The four retinoids and the five functional actives - niacinamide, adenosine, sodium DNA, ascorbic acid, glutathione - come to nine lines between them. So the two largest groups in a ninety-ingredient eye cream are plants and perfume, and the actives are a tenth of the list.
Benefits the formula can support
The counts are large because the formula is large: twenty-five ingredients tagged hydrating, twenty barrier repair, nineteen anti-ageing. Those numbers say almost nothing about concentration. Sodium DNA is one of the nineteen anti-ageing ingredients and it sits at position 31; retinal is another and it sits at 78. A count of nineteen is a description of how many lines the aggregator could tag, not of how much of anything is in the tube.
Key ingredients
Sodium DNA (PDRN)
Supports skin repair and recovery, helping skin look calmer, plumper and more resilient.
Retinoid family
Four retinoids: hydroxypinacolone retinoate, retinol, retinyl palmitate and retinal.
Ceramide family
Five ceramides plus cholesterol and phytosterols, the barrier-lipid block.
Antioxidants
Hydroxyacetophenone, tocopherol, ascorbic acid, asiaticoside, grape seed and pearl.
A pharmaceutical heritage, a perfumed formula
The brand story on the page is Dongkook Pharmaceutical, founded 1968, TECA developed to recover wounds. The formula contains Parfum at position 18 and ten further fragrance materials at positions 81 to 90 - four isolates, three synthetics, two citrus peel oils and a linalyl ester. Ten of the eleven are EU-declarable allergens. The second gallery image offers a skin-irritation-tested seal, and the review data has skin irritation as its only negative theme at 48 percent positive. None of that proves the fragrance causes the irritation. It does mean a buyer with reactive skin is being asked to take the seal on trust while the list tells a different story.
Flags worth knowing
Four retinoids in one cream
Hydroxypinacolone retinoate at 45, retinol at 57, retinyl palmitate at 77 and retinal at 78. Four retinoid-pathway actives in a single leave-on product is a lot of exposure for the eye area, and none of the four has a published irritancy score here. No sun guidance appears anywhere on the listing.
Eleven fragrance lines, one failed badge
Parfum plus ten materials. This is why fragrance-free, EU-allergen-free and oil-free all fail - the two citrus peel oils count as both fragrance and oil. On a product sold for the eye contour, that is the single most consequential fact in the table.
The volume on the page is not the volume on the tube
Item Volume 1.69 fluid ounces, Unit Count 1 fluid ounce, packaging 30 ml. The listing contradicts itself, so this report computes no cost-per-ounce figure rather than picking a number and implying precision it does not have.
Seventeen fungal-acne flags in an eye cream
Most of them are esters and fatty alcohols, and the format - a cream applied to the orbital rim - makes fungal acne unlikely to be the buyer's problem. The count is still the largest in this batch and is reported because the badge fails on it.

A range in a rating cell is scored at its upper bound for the level counts. “—” means the database publishes no rating for that ingredient, which is not the same as a clearance.
04Product price
The tracker has ten months of record on this ASIN, the longest of the three products in this batch, and it holds a full set of figures for third-party new offers: a low, a high, a current price and an average. The Amazon and used rows are empty.
Current is $28.00, read on 28 October 2026. That is the same number as the highest price ever recorded, set on 10 August 2026. Twenty-two days after that high the price fell to $18.62, and it has since climbed all the way back. There is no list price on either the listing or the tracker, and no coupon.

05Verdict, method and limits
Good fit
Anyone who wants a rich, occlusive cream for the eye area and the smile lines, likes a scented product, and wants a retinoid in the routine without a prescription. The texture scores are the best numbers on the page, and the barrier block - five ceramides, cholesterol, phytosterols - is real.
Poor fit
Anyone with reactive or rosacea-prone skin: eleven fragrance materials, ten of them declarable allergens, four retinoids and no sun guidance. Also poor value today - the same cream is $23.80 at YesStyle and was $18.62 on Amazon nine weeks ago.
The honest read
A competent, heavily built cream that is being sold on three actives which together occupy three lines of a ninety-line formula. The parts that work are the texture and the ceramide barrier; the parts that will divide buyers are the perfume and the four retinoids, and both are visible in the review themes. At the all-time high with a cheaper channel cited on the same source page, there is no price argument for buying it this week.

Limits
- No review bodies were rendered, so no buyer statement about irritation, scent or results can be quoted or verified; the aspect counts are model output.
- No buyer photos were rendered; every image in this report is brand-supplied listing imagery.
- Seventy-three of ninety ingredients carry no comedogenic or irritancy score, including all eleven fragrance materials and all four retinoids. Both level charts describe a seventeen-row subset.
- The second ingredient database was unreachable, so there is no independent safety grade for the formula as a whole.
- The listing states 1.69 fluid ounces in one field and 1 fluid ounce in another while the tube prints 30 ml. No unit-price comparison is made.
- The before-and-after panels cite no subject count, duration or statistical result, and the two dermatest seals cite no protocol.
- The price record covers third-party new offers on Amazon only; the Amazon channel row is empty.
